Minus the bangs. This ALWAYS happens. I asked for my hair to be BELOW my chin. Somehow that meant 'above my chin'. Also, it's raining which makes my hair curl, so I am now Molly Ringwald.

That right there is what happens when you get a $10 haircut. An hour later and $3 more probably would have made all the difference in the world.
Are you sure the person who did it wasn't homeless?
Good point, G... ECB has a history of getting haircuts from shady characters.
